The focus of Theater 3:20 goes beyond the stage. While we love great performances, our true goal is to help students grow in faith, confidence, and creativity while becoming thoughtful, well-rounded individuals. We create a supportive environment rooted in grace and kindness, where students are both encouraged and challenged to stretch, grow, and step into their full potential.

Create a Safe, Encouraging Space
Through simple, practical techniques, students begin to recognize their strengths and grow in confidence as performers and individuals.
03
Build Confidence in Their Gifts
We guide students through intentional practices that develop their creativity, stage presence, and character—both as performers and as people.
04
Strengthen Skills with Purpose
Every student is unique, so we begin by meeting them right where they are—getting to know their personality, comfort level, and experience on and off the stage.
Start Where They Are
01
As students gain confidence and skill, they learn to use their gifts with purpose—serving others, uplifting their community, and shining both on and off the stage.

Grow, Shine, and Give Back
With more than a decade of experience as a theater teacher, director, and designer, I founded Theater 3:20 to provide students with faith-centered opportunities to grow as performers and as people. This next step in my journey is all about helping young artists develop confidence, creativity, and a heart for God while pursuing their passions.
TEACHER & DIRECTOR AT:
- SARA ELDER
Creating foundational performance techniques under the wing and heart of an instructor who not only wants to help you bloom and succeed, but who will encourage you to do so in a way that is glorifying to our creator.
From being a student to now pursuing the arts in New York City, I will forever carry with me not only the technique I gained through Brooke’s teaching, but a heart that complements my work.
Theatre 3:20 courses are here to help you blossom and grow into whoever the Lord is calling you to be.
- KELLI JOHNSON
She has a remarkable ability to take any story and help her students bring it to life on stage in meaningful and engaging ways.
What stands out most about Brooke, however, is her unwavering commitment to people. She prioritizes her students above all else—ensuring that everyone, from ensemble members to leads to the technical crew, feels valued and supported. Brooke creates an environment that feels like family, and it’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again.
- FRAN CROUCH
Brooke Spencer has been an important part of our daughter’s world both on and off the stage. She came into her life at such a critical time and brought with her a welcoming place of acceptance, encouragement to develop her talents and skills by not only reinforcing the spirit of the stage and love of the arts, but by sharing her own passion and work ethic. She encourages respect and love for others by her own example in service to the theater community. We are so grateful for her support and friendship throughout the years.

I am living proof that Brooke Spencer never gives up on anyone. When I first walked into her classroom in the fall of 2023 as a practicum teacher, I had no idea the journey we would go on together. Soon after, I knew I wanted to stay with Brooke through student teaching and two great summers as her stage manager. Brooke has taught me so much. My greatest lesson from her has been the value of taking risks and the joy of seeing them pay off. Whether it’s believing in a student, figuring out how to put a set piece on wheels, or encouraging me to take a leap of faith in my life, she has made a lasting impact on who I am today.
